All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business day from our warehouse. We partner with reliable and efficient global shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Dreamboat Aesthetics ltd must comply with specific shipping restrictions. For more details or assistance, please contact our Customer Care team at Kat@dablaser.co.uk.

Insurance

All orders are insured during transit from our warehouse to your specified shipping address, covering theft and accidental damage. Once your items are delivered and signed for at the delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.
 

If your package arrives severely damaged, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note upon signing that you have received a damaged box. This will help us address any issues promptly.

Taxes & Duties

For orders outside the UK, Dreamboat Aesthetics ltd cannot guarantee the application of customs duties or sales taxes. Please note that VAT is not included in the order price. Depending on your country, VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery.
 

For more clarity regarding your country's specific duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Returns

At Dreamboat Aesthetics ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality goods that are free from faults and damage. However, we understand that there may be occasions when returns are necessary. Our Returns Policy is governed by the following terms:

Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that do not match your order, and there is no accompanying note explaining the substitution and your options, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange for collection and return. Dreamboat Aesthetics ltd will cover the shipment costs for the return.
 

You may choose to receive the originally ordered goods (if available) or request a refund via your original payment method. Refunds and replacements will be processed once we have received the returned items.

Faulty Goods on Delivery

If any goods are found to be faulty upon delivery, please notify us within 14 days to arrange for collection and return. Dreamboat Aesthetics ltd will cover the return shipping costs.
 

To process your return, goods must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation. Once we have received the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Faults within Warranty Period

If goods develop faults within the warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty terms.

For any missing items, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Damage in Transit

If your goods arrive damaged, please make a note of the damage on the delivery note and notify us within 48 hours to arrange for collection and return. Dreamboat Aesthetics ltd
will cover the return shipping costs.
 

Once we have received the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

"Cooling Off" Period

You have a statutory right to a 14-day "cooling off" period, starting from the date your order is completed and ending 14 working days after delivery. If you change your mind during this period, please return the goods within 14 working days of receipt.
 

Please note that return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer if returning goods under the "cooling off" period.

General Return Arrangements

To arrange a return for any of the reasons mentioned above, please contact us through our website at https://www.dablaser.co.uk/contact.

Returns made outside the 14-day cooling-off period, or for items that have been used, may be subject to a discretionary refund and/or a 10% restocking fee.

Circumstances without Right to Cancel

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extension products are non-returnable under the following circumstances:

  • Hygiene bands have been removed, or products have been tried on, worn, dyed, or altered in any way.

  • The return request is made after the cancellation period has expired.

  • The products are not returned within the allotted time period.

All discretion will be exercised in accordance with applicable law.

Discretionary Returns

Dreamboat Aesthetics ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion when processing returns under these terms. Considerations may include:

  • Previous use or enjoyment of the goods

  • Goods with characteristics that may cause rapid deterioration or expiration

  • Opened audio, video recordings, or computer software

  • Goods sold with known quality issues, reflected in the purchase price

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a European Union address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
